Germany: 1-2 business days

Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

Rest of the world: 6-10 business days

For orders under 100 euros, shipping within the EU costs 4.99 euros, and outside the EU, the shipping fee is 9.99 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free.

Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, customs tax may apply. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

ALCANSIDE express orders are sent out with PostNL. A tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed.
